Overflight Permit

Remarks:

Apply to Director General, DCA. Must include operator name/billing address, aircraft type/registration, full itinerary, purpose (passenger or cargo), fax/SITA/AFTN address, and contact person.

Application Process:

Apply by letter, AFS, or facsimile to Director General, DCA, Yangon International Airport at least 7 days before operation. Include full itinerary, aircraft details, and operator contact information.

Landing Permit

Remarks:

Inclusive tour charter flights (package tours) require 45-day advance application through tour agent or local agent. Passenger charter flights must include names and nationality of all passengers. Cargo charter flights must declare type/nature of cargo with consignee/consignor details.
