Requirements by Operation Type

Private flights require permits. Same application process applies.

All non-scheduled flights require 72-hour lead time. Repeat operators with data on file may use 48-hour lead time.

Scheduled services governed by bilateral agreements.

Exception: emergency and diplomatic clearances processed upon receipt of request.
