Overflight and landing permits required.

Overflight permit (24h lead) and landing permit (48h lead) required.

Overflight Permit

  • Required: Yes

  • Lead Time: 24 hours before intended date of flight
  • Validity: 72 hours from initial requested schedule
  • Fees: No CAA processing fees. Navigation fees apply.
Remarks:

Overflight permit mandatory. Notification required 24 hours before flight along with ATC flight plan. Aircraft document submission eliminated except for DGR flights.

Application Process:

Submit notification 24 hours prior with ATC flight plan per Kazakhstan Civil Aviation Regulation. No aircraft documents required except for dangerous goods. Include permit number in Item 18.

Submit completed application with AOC, aircraft registration, airworthiness certificate, insurance certificate, pilot licenses, medical certificates, and detailed flight information to CAC
