Jeppesen (now a Boeing subsidiary) is the world's leading provider of aeronautical navigation data, instrument approach charts, en-route charts, airport diagrams, and flight planning solutions used by airlines, business aviation, and general aviation worldwide.
- Founded in 1934 by pilot Elrey Borge Jeppesen, who hand-drew the first approach charts
- Jeppesen charts use a distinctive format recognized worldwide (different from government-issued charts)
