Autoland

Autoland is an automatic landing system where the aircraft autopilot performs the entire landing sequence — approach, flare, touchdown, and rollout — without manual pilot input. Autoland is required for CAT IIIB and IIIC ILS approaches in very low or zero visibility conditions.

Requirements for autoland include: dual or triple redundant autopilot systems, ILS CAT III ground equipment, and specialized crew training. The system uses ILS localizer and glide slope signals (and radio altimeter) to guide the aircraft to touchdown. Most modern airliners are autoland-capable.
