ACFT must, obligatorily, REQ to APP Boa Vista AUTH to carry out FLT in the CTR Boa Vista BFR TKOF and through the TEL: (95) 4009-1146 or (95) 3623-8635 The TFC circuit must, obligatorily, be performed by the SECT SE of the AD at a mandatory HGT of 1000FT above the AD. ACFT must, obligatorily AFT TKOF, enter the TFC circuit of the AD for HLDG and REQ instruction to the APP Boa Vista. PLN AFIL will not be accepted by the APP-Boa Vista and ACC- Amazon for ACFT FM/TO SWPD. Mandatory submission of the corresponding PLN before TKOF FM/TO SWPD via internet, by TEL to any accredited AIS Room located in the Amazon FIR; or even, personally to any AIS Room.
